2years ago, I met Per Werngren CEO of Idenet. He intrigued me with his partnering maturity model.  He taught me how to use the partnering model to build stronger partnership with groups inside and outside the company.

The partnering maturity framework has provided me a tool to choose a partner whose affinity for partnering is aligned with mine and prepared to make similar investments to co launch initiatives.
